How Beth Maconaughey lost half her body weight, recovered from six medical conditions, and became a healthy runner

It’s hard to come up with an adequate superlative to describe Beth Maconaughey.

Beth went from 320 pounds taking ten prescriptions for at least six medical conditions to a healthy runner at less than half her peak weight who takes no prescriptions. 

After a near-death experience and a threatened amputation, Beth reached a point where she felt that she needed to make changes to her diet that contradicted her doctor’s advice. After altering her diet, reducing stress, and adding exercise, Beth’s miraculous transformation began.
